Scope of Services & Bidding

All project bids and estimates are calculated in accordance with professional industry standards, accounting for material costs, labor hours, and applicable overhead. Work execution begins upon mutual agreement and signing of the formal proposal or contract.

Compliance & Licensing

Handyman Painting L.L.C. maintains active commercial contractor registration with the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry and operates fully within state and federal safety guidelines.
